*The cottage is designed to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably, that includes infants & children. No more than 6 persons are allowed to reside in/on the cottage property at any given time (this includes infants & children).
*Parties and Events are not permitted.
*Check-In time is 4:00 pm MST. Check-out time is 10:00 am MST.
*Quiet hours between the hours of 10pm and 8am - please respect our neighbors.
*Dogs are allowed on the property with a $50 non refundable pet deposit per dog
*This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance including vaping.
*This property is on a septic system please do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilets, even if it says flushable.
*Bears are very active in the area. Do not leave any food, trash (or other scented items) in vehicles or outside of cottage. All trash should be secured inside the house or in the bear-proof trash bin on the property.
Guest receives 97% (minus 3% Credit Card processing fees) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; No refunds within 60 days of arrival.

Moonrise Cottage is a cozy 3-bedroom mountain home in the heart of Green Mountain Falls, right across from the town center and a short walk to all restaurants, trailheads and Gazebo Lake. Spend your days exploring Manitou Springs (13 min), Colorado Springs (20 min) and Pikes Peak, then come back for board games by the stone fireplace while deer wander past the windows. It's set up for families, and your dog is invited too.

Winter driving: the cottage is on Green Mountain Falls' flat, regularly plowed main road, but bring 4WD or chains in winter.
Cell service is spotty; Wi-Fi calling works well.
Septic system: flush only toilet paper.
Bears are active: use the bear-proof trash bin and never leave food in cars.
No smoking or vaping, inside or out. No parties.
